हिमाचल प्रदेश में शिक्षा विभाग द्वारा 6,297 प्री-प्राइमरी शिक्षकों की भर्ती प्रक्रिया जल्द शुरू होने वाली है। सुप्रीम कोर्ट द्वारा आउटसोर्स भर्ती पर लगी रोक हटाने के बाद यह निर्णय लिया गया है। राज्य सरकार ने इस भर्ती के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश भी जारी कर दिए हैं।

शैक्षणिक योग्यता और आरक्षण
- शैक्षणिक योग्यता: उम्मीदवार को बारहवीं कक्षा में 50% अंक प्राप्त होना अनिवार्य है। इसके अलावा, 2 वर्षीय नर्सरी शिक्षक प्रशिक्षण (NTT) या बीएड (नर्सरी) होना चाहिए।
- आरक्षण: एससी/एसटी/ओबीसी/पीडब्ल्यूडी वर्ग के उम्मीदवारों को 5% अंकों की छूट दी जाएगी। हिमाचल प्रदेश के बाहर से बारहवीं उत्तीर्ण करने वाले उम्मीदवारों को वास्तविक हिमाचली होना अनिवार्य है।
चयन प्रक्रिया और कार्य प्रणाली
- विद्यालयवार रिक्तियों को प्राथमिक शिक्षा निदेशक द्वारा निर्धारित किया जाएगा।
- प्रशिक्षक स्कूल के वरिष्ठ शिक्षक की देखरेख में कार्य करेंगे।
- किसी भी प्रशिक्षक को सरकार की अनुमति के बिना वियोजन से मुक्त नहीं किया जा सकेगा।
वेतन
प्रारंभिक बाल्यावस्था देखभाल एवं शिक्षा प्रशिक्षकों को 10,000/- प्रति माह का मासिक पारिश्रमिक मिलेगा, जिसमें सेवा प्रदाता शुल्क, कर, एजेंसी चार्ज आदि शामिल होंगे।

Educational Qualifications and Reservation
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must have secured 50% marks in the 12th grade. Additionally, a 2-year Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) or B.Ed (Nursery) is mandatory.
- Reservation: Candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PWD categories will be given a 5% relaxation in marks. Candidates who passed their 12th grade outside Himachal Pradesh must be bona fide Himachalis.
Selection Process and Work Guidelines
- School-wise vacancies will be determined by the Director of Primary Education.
- Instructors will work under the supervision of the senior-most teacher at the school.
- No instructor can be relieved without government approval.
Salary
